What it replaces
Posting one listing or offer to 30 Facebook groups by hand — open the group, paste, reword, attach the photo, post, move on — takes around two minutes a group, so about an hour for a single campaign, and the wording and spacing slip long before the thirtieth group. What happens when I hit my 19 free posts?+
You are asked to upgrade to keep going: Pro at $19 a month or $149 a year, Business at $39 a month or $299 a year, or Agency at $99 a month or $799 a year. The 19 free posts are a one-off allowance to try AutoGP with; they do not reset or renew.
Do posts that fail count?+
No. Only posts that actually go through count, on every plan. A post that fails or is skipped is given back.
What happens if I reach Pro's 970 posts in a month?+
Posting stops until your allowance starts over, on the same day of the month your subscription started, and your dashboard shows how many posts are left. If you need more, upgrade to Business, or to Agency for no monthly post limit, from your dashboard; Stripe shows exactly what you will pay before you confirm.
What is the difference between Pro, Business and Agency?+
How much you post and how many Facebook accounts you post as; every feature is on all three. Pro is up to 970 posts a month and Business up to 5.000, each from one Facebook account: your profile plus one Page. Agency has no monthly post limit and posts as up to 10 Facebook profiles or Pages, clients' included; email support@autogp.ai if you need more. On every plan each Facebook account posts at most 200 times a day, a safety limit the extension counts down for you.
What counts as a Facebook account?+
Each profile or Page AutoGP posts as, counted once per billing month however often it posts. Posting as your own profile and as your business Page is one account on Pro and Business. If you need more in a month, Agency covers up to 10. Your dashboard lists this month's accounts; Remove frees a slot straight away for one you have stopped using, and that account can't post again until the next billing month. Your AutoGP plan belongs to your AutoGP login, on any computer you pair; AutoGP never asks for a Facebook password.
Is the price the same in every country?+
No. Many countries pay about 40% or 60% less, and you are shown the price for your country automatically, in US dollars. Once you subscribe you keep that price wherever you are later. The free posts and the monthly allowance are the same everywhere.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes, from Manage billing on your dashboard. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep your plan for the period you have already paid for; after that the account returns to the free plan.
Do you ever see or store my Facebook password?+
No, and we have no way to get it. AutoGP works inside the browser session you are already signed in with. It never asks for your Facebook password.
Does Chrome have to stay open while it posts?+
Yes. AutoGP posts through your own browser session rather than from a server, so Chrome needs to be running for a run to continue.
Will this get my Facebook account restricted?+
There is real risk with any tool that automates posting, and no software can eliminate it. AutoGP defaults to conservative pacing, but the volume and pace are your decision and your risk — the terms set this out in full.
