There is real risk, and no tool that automates posting can remove it. How much an account can safely post depends heavily on its age and history — as a rough guide, a brand-new account should stay under about 5 posts a day and build up over a couple of months, while an account more than two years old with normal regular activity can typically sustain 90–100 a day. AutoGP’s defaults err conservative, but the volume and pace are your decision and your risk. The full wording is in the terms, and what AutoGP does about it is in how AutoGP protects your account.

No, and we have no way to get it. AutoGP works inside the browser session you are already signed in with. It never asks for your Facebook password and never sends one anywhere.

No. Your groups, posts, images, schedules and settings stay in the extension’s own local storage on your computer — they are not uploaded to us. What the account itself stores is set out in the privacy policy. Nothing is sold or passed to third parties.

AutoGP posts through your own browser session — the same one you are already signed in to Facebook with. There is no server logging in as you, which is why we never need your Facebook password. The trade is that the browser has to be running for the run to continue. You can keep working in other tabs; just do not quit Chrome or let the machine sleep mid-run. On purpose. AutoGP waits between groups: 90 to 150 seconds at Steady, the default speed, 4 to 6 minutes at Careful, and 30 to 45 seconds at Faster. It then waits longer the more you have already posted today: the gap stretches after 10 posts, is more than doubled past 30, and keeps growing past 60 and 100. It also takes occasional longer rests instead of posting at a metronome-steady rate. Posting to two hundred groups back to back at a fixed interval is the most recognisable automation pattern there is. You can turn the extra slowdown off in Protection & Pacing if you accept the risk.

AutoGP treats two kinds of failure very differently. One group being private, pending or unavailable is that group’s problem, and the run carries on past it. But if Facebook says the account itself is blocked, rate-limited or signed out, AutoGP halts the whole session immediately rather than repeating a rejected action a hundred more times. The Results tab names which of the two happened, and every reason has a page of its own.

That is the group, not AutoGP. Plenty of groups hold every new post for a moderator, and there is no way to skip that queue. AutoGP reports it as a success because the post really was submitted — it appears whenever a moderator gets to it, which can be minutes or days. More in your post is waiting for admin approval.

Usually because you were removed or your membership is still pending, the group has been set to admin-only posting, or the group is gone. AutoGP records the reason per group in the Results tab and moves on.

AutoGP fingerprints what you send and warns when a new post is close to one you posted recently. Sending identical text to group after group is exactly what spam detection looks for. Use spintax — {Hi|Hey|Hello} picks one of those at random per group — so every copy differs a little.

It reads them a page at a time, and an account in several hundred groups genuinely takes a couple of minutes. The progress bar tracks real pages, not a guess. You only need to sync again when you join or leave groups.

Your daily limit follows a warm-up pace set from two questions when you first open AutoGP: how old the Facebook account is, and whether it has posted in groups before. A brand-new account starts at 25 posts a day, spaced out over the day, an account more than two years old at about 30, and the limit rises by roughly a third each week up to a ceiling for that account’s age (from 35 a day for a new account to 100 for an established one). Prefer your own number? Switch to a manual limit in Settings. If a run would cross the limit, AutoGP asks before it starts rather than stopping you halfway.

By default AutoGP only posts between 08:00 and 23:00 in your own timezone, because an account posting steadily at four in the morning stands out. Change the window in Settings if that does not suit you.

Fewer than you want to. A brand-new account posting to hundreds of groups on day one is the pattern that gets flagged, regardless of what the posts say. Start with a handful, keep the safe defaults on, and build up over days rather than in one run.

You will be asked to upgrade to keep going. Pro is $19 a month or $149 a year in the US, Canada, the UK and the EU, and less in many other countries, as the pricing page shows; Business and Agency cost more and post more. Paying yearly works out cheaper. The 19 free posts are a one-off allowance to try AutoGP with; they do not reset or renew.

On Pro (up to 970 posts a month) and Business (up to 5.000), one: your profile plus one Page. Agency has no monthly post limit and posts as up to 10 profiles or Pages, clients' included; email support@autogp.ai for more. A Facebook account is each profile or Page AutoGP posts as, counted once per billing month. The free posts have no account limit. Your dashboard lists this month's accounts, and Remove frees a slot for one you have stopped using; that account can't post again until the next billing month.

Yes, from Manage billing on your dashboard. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that the account returns to the free plan; the free posts are not handed out again.

That is a disclosed risk of using any posting automation, and it is not grounds for a refund — the terms say so plainly rather than leaving it vague. You can cancel at any time, and the help above on posting volume is the best way to avoid getting there.

Open AutoGP, go to the Results tab and press Run Diagnostics. It reports whether it can reach Facebook, whether it has valid session tokens, and how many groups it has cached — usually enough to see what is wrong.

Open your dashboard with the extension installed and leave the tab open — it connects itself within a few seconds, with no code to copy. If it does not, check the extension is enabled in chrome://extensions and reload the dashboard.

Yes, and Chrome will not warn you first — removing an extension deletes everything it stored, including your synced groups, templates, bundles, schedules and settings. Before you remove or reinstall it, open Settings and press Export backup. Restoring that file afterwards brings it all back.
