What it means
Facebook won't let a listing past its first step without at least one photo — the Next button stays greyed out until one has attached. AutoGP handed your photos to the form and waited for Facebook to confirm them, and that confirmation didn't come, so there was nothing to publish.
Usually it's the upload itself: a large image on a slow connection, a file Facebook refused, or the page losing its connection part-way. Nothing was published, and your account isn't in trouble.
Photo limits differ by where the listing goes. A listing to groups alone can carry up to 42 photos; one that also goes to Marketplace can carry 10, because that's Marketplace's own limit.
What to do
- Run it again. Most upload failures are one-off.
- Use smaller photos. A few megabytes each is plenty; very large images are the most common cause on a slow connection.
- Check the format. Ordinary JPEG and PNG photos are safest. Save anything unusual as a JPEG first.
- Attach fewer photos. One good photo publishes; twenty is more that can go wrong.
When to contact support
Email support@autogp.ai if the same photos attach fine when you create a listing by hand but never do in AutoGP. Include one of the photos, the group's link and when the run was.
