What it means
A listing isn't one post per group. Facebook publishes one listing into several groups from a single form, and its own limit is "You can list in up to 20 groups".
So AutoGP splits a listing run into forms: 40 groups is two, 140 groups is about seven. Each form is one listing, published to the group it was opened from plus up to 20 more.
This group couldn't be fitted into any of them. That normally means Facebook's own list on the form didn't offer it — the form offers only groups your listing can actually reach — or the form was already full when AutoGP got to it.
Nothing was published to this group, and the rest of the run went ahead. Your other groups aren't affected.
What to do
- Run the listing again for the groups it missed. They'll go onto a form of their own.
- List in this group by hand if it's the one that matters, using Sell Something in the group itself.
- Add it to an existing listing instead. Open the listing under Your items and choose List in more places — that adds groups to the listing you already published, rather than creating a second one.
Adding a group to the listing you already have is better than publishing the item twice. Near-identical listings of the same item are what puts your access to Facebook's selling features at risk.
When to contact support
Email support@autogp.ai if the same group is left out of every run and you can list in it by hand. Include its link and when the runs were.
