AutoGP facts

AutoGP is a Chrome extension, with an account and dashboard at autogp.ai, that posts one post to many Facebook groups you have joined, one group at a time, at a pace set from your account’s age. This page is the short version, kept current, for anyone checking AutoGP before they try it.

What it does
- In one line
- You write a post once, pick the groups you belong to, and AutoGP posts it to each group in turn, with a random wait between groups.
- Approach
- Safety-first: every protection on this page is on by default, from a daily limit set from the account’s age to a 24-hour rest after a Facebook warning.
- How it posts
- From your own Chrome, through the Facebook session you are already logged in to. It never asks for your Facebook password. Chrome has to stay open while a run is posting.
- Which groups
- Only groups you have joined. Groups that hold posts for an admin get the post as pending, like a post you write by hand.
- Wording
- Spintax such as {Hi|Hey|Hello} gives each group a different version, and each group gets a very slightly changed copy of your images.
- Results
- A result and a reason for every group, each reason with its own help page.
- Facebook’s own options
- Checked 24 October 2026: Facebook has no built-in way to post one post to all your groups. Share puts a post into one group at a time, and a Marketplace listing goes to at most 20 groups. Facebook tested cross-posting to several groups in October 2021, but it isn’t in Facebook today. Scheduling apps lost group posting when Meta removed its Groups API in April 2024.
Who it’s for, and who it isn’t for
- For
- People who post the same offer to dozens of groups regularly: sellers and resellers, real estate agents, car dealers, landlords, local services, coaches, recruiters and event organizers.
- Not for
- Posting from a phone or tablet: AutoGP needs Chrome on a computer.
- Groups you haven’t joined, or groups whose rules forbid promotion.
- A few groups now and then: posting by hand is simpler and carries the least risk.
- Groups you run yourself, if scheduling is all you need: Facebook’s own scheduler does that for free.
- Anyone who needs a promise that Facebook will never limit their account. No tool can give one.
Prices and limits

- 25 free posts in total (not per month), to try it before paying. Every feature, Free included. Only posts that go through count. Nothing is charged during the free posts.
- Pro
- $29 a month or $229 a year. Up to 970 posts a month from one Facebook account (your profile plus one Page).

- Card at sign-up
- None, in any country. The free posts start as soon as the account is made, and after the last one you are asked to upgrade.
- Cancelling
- Any time, from the dashboard.
- Features by plan
- Every feature on every plan, Free included; the plans differ in posts and Facebook accounts. The pricing page lists what every plan includes. The safety controls below are on every plan too.
Pace and warm-up
- Daily limit
- Set from the Facebook account’s age and posting history. It starts careful and rises week by week as the account warms up, to a ceiling that is higher for older accounts. You can set a lower limit of your own.
- Waits
- A random wait between groups (90 to 150 seconds at the default speed), longer as the day fills up, with longer rests now and then.
- Posting hours
- 08:00 to 23:00 your time by default. A run that reaches the end of the hours carries on when they next start.
When Facebook objects
- Account warnings
- If Facebook blocks posting, asks you to confirm it’s you, restricts the account or logs you out, AutoGP stops the whole run at once. Posts already made stay posted.
- A day of rest
- Then the account rests for 24 hours: scheduled posts pause, a run started by hand asks first, and the speed changes to Careful. It is on by default and can be turned off in Settings.
- One group says no
- That group is skipped and the run carries on with the others.
- The risk
- Pacing lowers the risk of Facebook limiting an account; it doesn’t remove it, with AutoGP or any other tool. The terms say so plainly.
Browsers and devices
- Works on
- Google Chrome on a computer (Windows, Mac, Linux or ChromeOS).
- Doesn’t work on
- Phones and tablets. You can still answer buyers from your phone while AutoGP posts from the computer.
