What it means
AutoGP filled in Facebook's listing form, pressed Post, and waited for Facebook to say the listing was published. That confirmation never arrived, so AutoGP won't claim the listing went out.
It may still have gone out. A slow page, a connection that dropped at the wrong moment, or Facebook taking longer than AutoGP waited all look the same from the outside: the listing is created, but the confirmation AutoGP watches for never appears. This reason means "not confirmed", not "definitely didn't happen" — which is why the first thing to do is look, not to list again.
One form publishes one listing to all of its groups, so this reason appears against every group on that form together.
What to do
- Check before doing anything else. Open any of the groups on that form and look under Your items, or open Marketplace and look under Selling. A listing that's there is done — it may say it's in review, which is normal.
- If it's there, leave it. Don't publish the item again. Two near-identical listings of one item is the pattern that costs accounts their access to Facebook's selling features.
- If it isn't there, run the listing again. Nothing was created, so there's nothing to clash with.
- Give the run more room if this happens often: a slower connection needs the browser window left alone while AutoGP works.
When to contact support
Email support@autogp.ai if listings keep going out but never get confirmed, so runs look worse than they are. Include a group link, when the run was, and what Run Diagnostics shows.
