What it means
The two places a listing can go ask for different things. A buy and sell group needs a title, a price and a condition. Marketplace needs a category as well, chosen from Facebook's own two-level list — Home & garden → Furniture, and so on.
You turned "also list on Marketplace" on, so AutoGP used the form that Marketplace requires and went looking for your category in that list. Facebook didn't offer it. The list is Facebook's, it's translated into the language your account uses, and it changes, so a category that existed last month may be named differently now or not be there at all.
Nothing was published, and nothing is wrong with your account.
What to do
- Pick a different category in AutoGP, one you can see in Facebook's own list. Open Create new listing on Marketplace by hand and read the categories there — those are the exact words AutoGP is matching.
- Switch "also list on Marketplace" off and run the listing to your groups only. Groups don't ask for a category at all, so the listing goes out unchanged.
- Check your Facebook language if none of the categories look familiar. AutoGP matches the category by its name, so an account set to a language AutoGP doesn't support won't match.
When to contact support
Email support@autogp.ai if your category is in Facebook's list, spelled the same way, and AutoGP still can't find it. Tell us the category, and your Facebook display language.
