What it means
When AutoGP opened the group, Facebook said you can't post there, for example that only admins can post or that you don't have permission. It's the group's setting, not a problem with your account:
- Only admins can post. Some groups are set so that members can read but not post.
- An admin limited you. Admins can suspend a member for a while, or limit how often they post or comment, in their group only.
- That kind of post isn't allowed. Admins can turn off some kinds of post, so an option you'd normally see is missing.
AutoGP skips the group and carries on posting to the others.
What to do
- Open the group from the Results tab (its name is a link) and look for "Write something". If it isn't there, you can't post in this group by hand either.
- Read the group's rules or About section. Some groups take posts only on certain days, or in one pinned post.
- Ask an admin if you think you should be able to post. Only they can change it.
- Leave the group out of your next runs and bundles while it doesn't take your posts, so each run spends its time on groups that do.
If every group refuses your posts, the cause is more likely your account than the groups: see why you can't post in Facebook groups.
When to contact support
Email support@autogp.ai if you can post in the group by hand, but AutoGP keeps giving this reason. Include the group's link and what Run Diagnostics shows.
