What it means
When AutoGP opened the group, Facebook showed a "this content isn't available" page, or a group page that didn't finish loading, instead of the group. That usually means:
- the group was deleted, by its admins or by Facebook,
- it's hidden from your account. A private group you've left, or one whose admins removed or banned you, no longer shows you its content, or
- Facebook didn't load it this time. Now and then a page fails to load and works on the next try.
AutoGP skips the group and carries on posting to the others.
What to do
- Open the group from the Results tab (its name is a link), logged in to the Facebook account you post from.
- If it opens normally, it was a one-off. Try that group again later.
- If Facebook still says it isn't available, sync your groups on the Groups tab so AutoGP's list matches the groups you're in, and take it out of your bundles.
- If many groups show this at once, check that facebook.com opens normally and that you're logged in as the account you post from.
When to contact support
Email support@autogp.ai if the group opens normally and you can post in it by hand, but AutoGP gives this reason for it run after run. Include the group's link and what Run Diagnostics shows.
