What it means
AutoGP posts through the Facebook session you're logged in to in Chrome. It never has your Facebook password, so it can't log in for you. When that session ends, Facebook shows its log-in page instead of the group, and nothing more can be posted.
With protection on, as it is by default, AutoGP stops the whole run when this happens, since every other group would show the same log-in page. Posts that went through before it stopped stay posted.
A session usually ends because:
- you logged out of Facebook, in this Chrome profile or from another device,
- you changed your Facebook password, which can log you out elsewhere,
- Facebook ended the session itself, for example for security, or
- Chrome deleted its cookies, as it does when set to clear site data every time it closes.
What to do
- Open facebook.com in the Chrome profile AutoGP runs in, and log back in.
- Check who AutoGP is posting as. In the extension, "Posting as" should show the account you just logged in to. Refresh it if it doesn't.
- Start again with the groups that haven't had the post yet. The Results tab lists the ones that did.
- If you keep getting logged out, search Chrome's settings for "site data" and check that Chrome isn't set to delete it when it closes.

When to contact support
Email support@autogp.ai if you're logged in to facebook.com in the same Chrome profile, but AutoGP still stops with this reason. Include what the Results tab says and what Run Diagnostics shows.
