What it means
Facebook has restricted what this account can do, such as posting in groups, for a period of time. Restrictions usually follow something Facebook removed for breaking its Community Standards, its spam rules included. Facebook usually tells you in your Feed, and restrictions get longer as strikes add up.
With protection on, as it is by default, AutoGP stops the whole run when Facebook says the account is restricted, because posting anywhere else would only fail again. Posts that went through before it stopped stay posted.
What to do
- Stop posting from this account, by hand and with AutoGP. Check the Schedule tab, and don't let a scheduled post run meanwhile.
- Read the details on Facebook. Click your profile picture, then Help & support, then Account Status. Meta says it shows restrictions such as Community Standards strikes, and how long some of them last.
- Ask for a review only if the decision is wrong. Meta says that if it removed something by mistake, you can usually ask it to take another look.
- Wait out the restriction in full, on the same account. Don't open or borrow another account to get around it: Meta's account integrity rules cover accounts used to evade its enforcement.
- Come back slowly once it ends: fewer groups, longer gaps, and wording that differs from group to group.

When to contact support
Email support@autogp.ai if Account Status shows no restriction and you can post by hand, yet AutoGP keeps stopping with this reason. Include what the Results tab says and what Run Diagnostics shows.
AutoGP can't see or change Facebook's decisions about your account. For the restriction itself, use the options Facebook gives you in Account Status.
