What it means
For each group, AutoGP opens a small Chrome window on the group's page and posts in it, and the window closes by itself when that group is done. This time the window closed, or went to another page, before the post was finished, so nothing was posted to this group.
That happens when:
- the window was closed, by hand or by other software,
- something in it went to another page, such as a click on a link while AutoGP was posting, or
- Chrome was closed, or the computer went to sleep, partway through.
AutoGP carries on with the next group.
What to do
- Leave the posting window alone until it closes by itself. You can keep working in other windows and tabs, and move it if it's in the way, but don't close it, click inside it or minimise it.
- Keep Chrome open and the computer from sleeping until the run finishes.
- Open the group from the Results tab (its name is a link) and check whether the post is there before you try that group again.
When to contact support
Email support@autogp.ai if posting windows close by themselves, run after run, without you touching them. Include any software on your computer that manages windows or tabs, such as a tab-closing extension, and what Run Diagnostics shows.
