A post didn't go through for another reason

When AutoGP can't tell why a post to a group failed: what to check first, how to try again safely, and what to send support so it can be fixed.

What it means

Something went wrong while AutoGP was posting to this group, and it wasn't one of the problems AutoGP knows how to name. As far as AutoGP could tell, nothing was posted to this group, and the run carried on with the others.

What to do

  1. Open the group from the Results tab (its name is a link) and check whether your post is there, including among posts waiting for admin approval, before you try again.
  2. Check that you can post there by hand. If Facebook shows a message when you do, it usually says what's wrong.
  3. Try that group again later. Many one-off problems don't happen twice.
  4. If several groups fail like this, press Run Diagnostics on the extension's Results tab, and check that facebook.com opens normally in the same Chrome profile.

When to contact support

Email support@autogp.ai whenever this keeps coming back. It means AutoGP met something it doesn't recognise yet, and your report is how that gets fixed. Include the group's link, what Results says about the group, and what Run Diagnostics shows.
